This past week Stonehenge started installing our fence posts for our front, back and side yards. From the estimate to the installation the service has been prompt, professional and a completely great experience. On the day the posts were set, Tim was heading the project. He truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, and handled a last minute change to perfection.

Very nice people to work with. They had the few Trex small pieces I needed to finish the landing at home and stock.

We called Stonehenge to replace one side of our fence that had blown over with the wind. We had some unique elevation issues which they were willing to work around. They did a great job on the fence and we have already received compliments from the neighbors. Stonehenge gave us a fair bid (theirs was not the lowest), and the materials and finished look of the fence made it worth paying a little more. They do not try to tack on surprises and they did a good clean up of the job site. We will definitely call on them again when we replace our (very ugly) front fence next year.

After gathering several bids for vinyl fencing to replace an old, dilapidated 25+ year old wood fence, we chose Stonehenge. Lance not only came to our home the day we requested a quote, but he was able to get us on the schedule within days of signing the contract to do the project. We made some modifications to our old fence layout and Lance quickly got us revised quotes to accommodate our needs. We can’t say that about the other quotes we received, we were lucky to even get the other quotes in a timely manner and we were in a bit of a hurry to get the project completed. We have 3 dogs and 4 chickens so having our fence torn down for the duration of the project was a major concern for us. Scott & Ed showed up on schedule and had the old fence torn out and all the new fence post holes dug the same day and arrived the next day to set the posts. They were able to come back to install the panels a week later (the time it takes for the concrete to cure). Scott hand dug every post hole to avoid causing any damage to our sprinkling system and we didn’t have one damaged pipe as a result. The installers were attentive, friendly and focused on quality from start-to-finish. Stonehenge delivered with flying colors! Their customer service (Tristan) was exemplary. From sales to installers, to their office staff, they were A++. Our fence is absolutely stunning with a perfect slope, quality vinyl and they were able to handle some very tight spaces with ease. We had them replace an old gate as well and the quality of the new gate is exceptional. Lance added the auto-close tension cable so our gate closes and latches when we go through it, keeping the dogs from dashing out front. We simply couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Stonehenge! It’s rare to come across any kind of contractor who truly listens and delivers on their promises, but Stonehenge did and did so with a smile every step of the way.

Stonehenge Fence & Deck installed our fence and gates last year (Fall 2022). They did a great job with the install and had great communication throughout the process. Because our house had quite a bit of settling over the winter, we had to get some adjustments made so the gates would open and close properly and they were quick and responsive in getting that done as well. Overall, excellent customer service and quality work.

ON TIME, FAST WORK AND BEAUTIFUL FENCE

Our considerable fencing project was actually completed before the scheduled date and the workmanship was very professional, all at a cost that was 25% less than the competitor's price. We would definitely use them again.

We went with Stonehenge for our fencing project several years ago, and were very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of their workers and their office. The reason I'm putting a review on Google now was because of their communication and promptness in responding to a damage that occurred to our fence this winter. An issue arose in one of the connection points on our fence popping out of the socket, and I went ahead and contacted Stonehenge for help. Not only did they respond very quickly and efficiently, Tim (one of their repairmen) came over that day and fixed the problem within a few hours. He fixed it quickly, despite the wind a rain he had to work in. He also was kind and professional, and replaced a few of our caps on our posts that were cracked, without me even asking. I appreciate their response to the problem, and willingness to come and fix the issue. I recommend them to anyone who wants a good fencing job done for a good price, and great communication afterwards for any issues that may arise.

It was a fantastic experience from the very beginning! I met with Rob at my house and he was so informative, and so easy to work with, and explained all my options to me. He has a lot of experience and it was very comforting to get his opinions and feedback! Once I selected the wrought iron fencing I began working with Caroline who schedules the installation and she was fantastic. Very responsive, easy to work with, and very flexible. She made the process very easy! The work crew that came out was very professional, also very responsive to any questions I had, and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and everything looked fantastic! Yefri, the installer, kept me up-to-date, sent me photos and videos, if something came up and always kept me in the loop. Stonehenge Fence is a one of a kind company that prides itself on customer service, amazing quality of workmanship, and really goes the extra mile and It all shows in the final product! Stonehenge recently replaced a 35-year old fence around our pretty large property. I had used them a few years before, for one side of our fence that had fallen down, and while their bid wasn't the absolute cheapest, they seemed more able and willing to deal with some tricky areas (like working around a shed and chicken coop) than others we got bids from. They did a good job then, so it made sense to have them bid our recent job. As before, their bid wasn’t the absolute lowest, but they seemed more competent and understanding of what we needed than others who submitted bids. Rob even found us someone to tear out and haul away our old fence at no cost to us. Their post crew with Marv had some big concrete balls to deal with, which required hand-digging and then using a lot more concrete than planned to fill them in. This did not change their quoted price. The crew that finished the fence (headed by Juan) also worked hard and did a good job. The crews always came when they were scheduled and were here and ready to work well before 8 each morning. We were impressed with their work ethic, their competence, their efficiency, and their communication throughout the whole project. Caroline, in the office, also kept us posted on the timetable and helped insure that we complied with all city requirements and regulations before starting. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Stonehenge again. And next time I probably won’t bother getting other bids!
