Very professional and great quality

After looking into two other companies for our fence, we decided to go with Stonehenge. Not only did Rob inform us of why he was proud to work for Stonehenge and the quality of work that they do, but he also alleviated our concerns that we had that arose quite abruptly, as well as answering any questions that we had. I loved the fact that they don't contract out their installers - they specifically work for Stonehenge. When the installers come, they are representing Stonehenge, and they take their job seriously. He also took the time to come out to our property twice, in order to show us a sample of what we were thinking about purchasing, so that we felt comfortable with our decision before purchasing. Tim and Jose installed our fence. Saying that they were professional, is an understatement. They took the time to explain options that we had due to some property concerns, and made suggestions that I definitely didn't think about, that made our fence look amazing, and more functional than I would have thought about. They gave me time to speak with my husband about our options, and made sure that we were happy with the service that they provided. I was happy to see that Tim and Jose, who installed our posts a week earlier, were the same ones that came to finish the install. That made me feel much more comfortable, knowing that it was the same team that made me feel at such ease the week before. We installed our fence a week after our neighbors installed theirs. It was interesting, because they had decided to work with Vinyl Industries, one of the companies that we had looked into. I noticed that the guys installing their fence, were NOT professional on the job. They showed up late, they were throwing their scraps across the property while trying to hit the neighbor's fire pit, and constantly checking their cell phones. I was appalled by their behavior. I know it doesn't seem like much, but if I'm paying a company thousands of dollars for a job, I want to know that I have people there who are representing the company in a positive way. I would recommend Stonehenge in a heartbeat. They may not be the cheapest, but they are professional, informative, considerate, have the customer in mind, and do an incredible job. I am very pleased. We had a great experience with Stonehenge. We ordered well in advance if when we needed the fence, knowing shipping times are slow lately. Once our fence product arrived we stayed in closer contact to make sure we scheduled the best possible time for the fence. We ended up having to make some changes on the fly due to some landscaping issues and they were great to help us figure it out and still get everything done on time. We love our new fence!

Stonehenge did a fantastic job on our fence. We have a very difficult yard with lots of rocks, slopes, and other challenges. They were able to maneuver some very technical spots, getting our fence exactly where we were hoping. The crew worked incredibly hard to get things right. They were super collaborative and took into account everything we asked for. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Stonehenge. The one drawback is that they started a few days later than we were originally quoted, but that's minor since we'll have this fence a very long time.

These guys were very professional to work with. The original appointment took them a couple of weeks to get out to us, but that's quite normal these days with home improvement. Once they came out they were very responsive to our emails and phone calls which is why we ultimately chose Stonehenge. We had a few other quotes, and a few were cheaper than them. But we had a really hard time getting them to call us back to answer questions. I knew these guys would take care of us and they did. They had honest timeliness and were great to work with from the salesman Ryan, Carolynn in the office and the installer. The fence turned out awesome!

Honestly the best fencing and deck place in the state. I highly recommend you look at their work. Pretty sure you will be happy with the install and quality! ???? ????????

I am extremely happy with how my vinyl fence turned out. The installers Tim and Brock were especially helpful and took extra time to make sure things were done in the way I had asked. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely happy with the finished product. My fence looks amazing and I would definitely recommend them!

These guys were great to work with, their communication was amazing. We had a pretty decent size project with 5 neighbors. They coordinated everything well with all of us. The install crew was great, showed up when they said they would and were very nice. I would use them again for sure!

ON TIME, FAST WORK AND BEAUTIFUL FENCE

I was very pleased not only with the final product, but the instillation crew. Jordan made sure to ask questions about the height position of the hand rails to making sure our backyard access for our disabled sons was easy and safe. They worked fast and the area was clean when they left.

Stonehenge Fence and Deck was great to work with. Unfortunately for them I changed the work order several times. Randall came a out a couple of different times to go back over the plans with me to make sure we were on the same page. The install was over some difficult terrain and the installation crew showed up in the snow and cold and just went right to work. I had to make a few more adjustments to the job as it went along and asked the crew to move the posts out a few more feet. This would require them to redig by hand another 8 or so posts. They were absolutely great to work with from start to finish. They should not give me a 5 star review as a customer, (What a pain) but I most definitely give them one! So impressed with the final product. The new vinyl fence is just what we wanted. From the sales staff to the complete installation, everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. A quality business!

I am very happy with my Stonehenge fence. We built a new trucking facility and Stonehenge did about 1,000 feet of fence. Almost half is a sturdy 8' high iron fence and the rest is 8' high block looking vinyl fence and we have two 24' wide auto opening gates. As the installation began I could see how my property presented several difficult situations but all was installed really well and Stonehenge has been really good to work with and take care of any little issue we had.
