They installed a fence for us 10 yeas ago , and we had some posts that had cracks in them. We called them to find out if they would warranty it. The manufacturer did not warranty it, But Stonehenge did! They are fantastic! We highly recommend them to anyone! They stand behind the product they sell! We had a few changes we made to our fence after the initial work order and they were made without a problem and quickly. We are happy we chose Stonehenge to replace our existing chain link fence with vinyl. Our salesman was very detailed in our initial estimate, they were upfront about their material and labor costs. We were not blindsided by our final invoice with hidden fees or extras. Installers were GREAT! Very friendly, arrived on time, and worked quickly. We got a great deal on our fence with Stonehenge, and they've been great to work with. We had a bad wind storm recently that took down a section of our fence. Stonehenge promptly responded and resolved the issue. When doing that, they noticed my gates weren't opening as smoothly as they should and took care of that at the same time.

I had a fence that was being held together with twine tied to a tree. The people at Stonehenge fencing did a remarkable job taking down the old fence and installing a beautiful new vinyl fence!! They were amazing group of people to work with

We had our fence done through our builder, and it was HORRIBLE at first. Two guys we're working on it, left some trash and white fence shavings on our lawn, so my husband went to talk to them which they blew him off by saying they don't speak English in Spanish. We have a puppy that'll eat anything on the ground and plastic shavings were a nightmare. I called the company so they'll take care of it. One of the guy, "who can't speak English", came in my yard, right after I called them, which was great! But the guy didn't say a word, barged in my yard, started to pick those up right in front of me. I could tell he was irritated. He just grabbed the plastic shavings whatever he can get, took a picture (assuming that was for his boss as a proof), and left. I texted the company back since he did not get everything and it was still unacceptable! And funny thing is that I heard the guy on the phone with his boss speaking ENGLISH!! Well, he came back with a shovel and a broom, again barged into my yard like it was his own, did not say anything, annoyed, and started using the shovel trying to get the scraps in between the grass. I told him that's not gonna work and he needs a vacuum. But he pretty much told me he can't do anything about it. So I told him, he should've done his work elsewhere instead of doing it on my lawn. Well, he just ignored me. Figures. Irritated by his attitude, I called the company, they said they'll send a different worker to vacuum the stuff up tomorrow. First I thought it'll be a no show, but to my surprise he came! Knocked on my door and asked my permission if he can go into my yard to clean up with a SMILE!! He was so polite, so professional, hence the 4 stars!! 10+ stars for the guy who showed respect and awesome customer service! Too bad I didn't get his name, 'cause he was SUPER!!! Vacuumed every single shavings up, knocked on my sliding door and asked me if there was anything else he could do before he left. This is the way it SHOULD BE DONE!! Hope this company can train their employees better in the future.

Our fence fell down from the snow in Suncrest Utah last season and we did a lot of research into all the different fencing companies. Stonehenge came out with the most transparent bid that gave us the most options. We felt that they were the most honest with their pricing and material costs. They were not the cheapest company we looked at, but their pricing reflected a higher quality experience with customer service being the best part of the experience. The 2 things they made us aware of that other companies did not at the time were the removal of the existing fence posts could be done by them but it would cost in labor and the dirt for the new posts would need to be moved somewhere or hauled somewhere. It was very helpful knowing this up front. They even gave us some pro tips on how to get rid of the old fence. (Listing it for free on KSL and Facebook marketplace) we pulled the old fence out ourselves and it was picked up in a few days from a 3rd party. There was a problem we ran into during the instal where one of their guys pulled up a post and the sprinkler wire to the back yard was embedded in the post and tore it out. It was an accident that was not their fault directly. They were more than happy to help get that sorted out after the instal was finished. They take about a month to get the entire fence installed but its done right so I don’t have any complaints about the timeline. They seem to be really busy year round so if you want them to get started best time to start is now.

I got quotes from three different highly rated fence builders in Utah county, one of those being Stonehenge. Stonehenge was by far the lowest price. Everyone was straightforward , honest, and easy to work with. They are busy so it was about 2 months from first measurement and quote to them actually being able to put up the fence. Worth the wait though!
