We had our fence done through our builder, and it was HORRIBLE at first. Two guys we're working on it, left some trash and white fence shavings on our lawn, so my husband went to talk to them which they blew him off by saying they don't speak English in Spanish. We have a puppy that'll eat anything on the ground and plastic shavings were a nightmare. I called the company so they'll take care of it. One of the guy, "who can't speak English", came in my yard, right after I called them, which was great! But the guy didn't say a word, barged in my yard, started to pick those up right in front of me. I could tell he was irritated. He just grabbed the plastic shavings whatever he can get, took a picture (assuming that was for his boss as a proof), and left. I texted the company back since he did not get everything and it was still unacceptable! And funny thing is that I heard the guy on the phone with his boss speaking ENGLISH!! Well, he came back with a shovel and a broom, again barged into my yard like it was his own, did not say anything, annoyed, and started using the shovel trying to get the scraps in between the grass. I told him that's not gonna work and he needs a vacuum. But he pretty much told me he can't do anything about it. So I told him, he should've done his work elsewhere instead of doing it on my lawn. Well, he just ignored me. Figures. Irritated by his attitude, I called the company, they said they'll send a different worker to vacuum the stuff up tomorrow. First I thought it'll be a no show, but to my surprise he came! Knocked on my door and asked my permission if he can go into my yard to clean up with a SMILE!! He was so polite, so professional, hence the 4 stars!! 10+ stars for the guy who showed respect and awesome customer service! Too bad I didn't get his name, 'cause he was SUPER!!! Vacuumed every single shavings up, knocked on my sliding door and asked me if there was anything else he could do before he left. This is the way it SHOULD BE DONE!! Hope this company can train their employees better in the future.

We heard about Stonehenge from our daughter who lives in Springville. I really liked the way their fence turned out so called them to give me a quote. Randall was our rep and spent a good amount of time discussing with me what we wanted. He was very professional and new the answers to all our questions. We also got several bids from other companies and Stonehenge was very reasonable. Tim was our installer along with two others. He worked with us very well on some additional items we wanted such as reinforcement rods and was very agreeable on little changes that we wanted. All in all we are extremely happy with our new fence. I would highly recommend them to all my friends, family, and others. You can't go wrong by using Stonehenge.

This company was great to work with. They were very responsive and always kept in communication with us. The fence they installed looks great, we even made a couple changes to the original quote which they adjusted to easily. We also ran into a small issue with needing additional holes for the neighbors to build their fence into, again Stonehenge adjusted and we ended up with everything we wanted and needed. We went with Stonehenge for our fencing project several years ago, and were very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of their workers and their office. The reason I'm putting a review on Google now was because of their communication and promptness in responding to a damage that occurred to our fence this winter. An issue arose in one of the connection points on our fence popping out of the socket, and I went ahead and contacted Stonehenge for help. Not only did they respond very quickly and efficiently, Tim (one of their repairmen) came over that day and fixed the problem within a few hours. He fixed it quickly, despite the wind a rain he had to work in. He also was kind and professional, and replaced a few of our caps on our posts that were cracked, without me even asking. I appreciate their response to the problem, and willingness to come and fix the issue. I recommend them to anyone who wants a good fencing job done for a good price, and great communication afterwards for any issues that may arise.

Great experience with this project from start to finish. Our salesman Rob was real, honest, and knowledgeable. He gave us ideas we hadn't thought about to have the best looking and durable fencing for our investment. We compared pricing for the variety of materials to come up with the best choice for our needs. The office staff was friendly and very accommodating to our schedule and needs. Wonderful to work with. The staff that installed the deck and fence were great. If it was a 2 day project, materials were stacked up neatly and not scattered everywhere. The staff worked hard to get the project completed as timely as possible even in the dead of winter. Stonehenge can be proud of the quality of staff they employ. We are so happy with the end result. I highly recommend Stonehenge for any Fence/Deck project.

Rob gave us a very detailed quote and really knew how to layout our fence according to our lot and landscaping. He was extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions about gates and fence types. Rob was great! I actually went with a different company and should have just gone with Stonehenge first. They were so kind to work with after I had to hire them to come finish and fix the mistakes made by the first company I hired. I was having an issue with my vinyl fence that was coming apart in an area behind a pergola. Fermin and his colleague came out and did a great job getting it fixed. They were professional, courteous, and did excellent work.

He was detailed in every measurement and made sure it looked perfect. It’s BEAUTIFUL!
