I recently had a deck installed by Stonehenge. The salesman, Rob, provided several samples of decking and informed me of the pros and cons of each product about cost, durability, quality control, etc. In addition, he made several recommendations that helped me to assess my needs and wants and to finalize my layout. Rob was always professional and patient even when I continually changes my mind.:) Note: Part of the cost of using Stonehenge is that they hire an structural engineer run calculations for loads so that the structure is built properly. The office staff who answered my calls were professional and patient. (I called frequently because I was scheduling work for others that I didn't want conflicting with the deck construction). On the big day, Rob (sales) & Ryan (crew manager) showed up to go over the plans and verify dimensions. Abe and his crew were very accommodating. When I asked for an access panel for my gas valve, they quickly got to work at constructing it for me. And because I was home during the construction, they frequently asked for my input. I appreciated that a lot! Post construction, Ryan returned to inspect the work for quality. All in all, it was a good experience. All jobs have their hiccups and this was no different. But with a staff that is willing to work with you at every level, those hiccups are quickly resolved and you are left with a product you love.

We enjoyed "George" and his partner who completed every part of our fencing. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our fencing. We love our new vinyl fence. It adds a beautiful final touch to our remodeling project. Rob was great to work with in planning and laying things out, as were Tim and his partner with the installation. They were very careful to not damage or disrupt the existing weed barrier fabric and bark when digging the post holes. We chose to have our front gate open from left to right, but realized afterwards that due to the curve of our inside walkway, it was a mistake. Pepe came out and expertly reversed the front gate hinges and latch for us. Jamie and the other office staff were also most pleasant and helpful. We are very pleased with the final look.

We are very satisfied with Stonehenge's customer service! We had our fence installed over 3 years ago and started having issues with our gate not opening and closing easily. Anthony Lopez came out to repair the problem and did a fantastic job! He was kind, thoughtful, and just an overall cool dude. He was thorough with his work and talked through the options of what would be best to fix it. I loved the clear communication and the great service that he performed. Stonehenge provided a good experience for us when they installed our fence around the perimeter of our property.

After having looked around and receiving a few bids, Justin with Stonehenge took care of us best. He was there when he said he would be to give us the bid and the price was the best we had heard of. Later that week, the install crew showed up on time and jumped right in. All the while, I was being updated by the people in the office as to what the plan was. I never had any questions as they were more than prepared with all of the info I might need. We have a beautiful fence that will undoubtedly last for years and protect our backyard and everything in it (also - I am sure it will help keep my neighbor out of our business... she really sucks!) I couldn't have asked for a better experience than Stonehenge provided. From the bid process, scheduling, and installation, their customer service was outstanding. I live in an HOA which required prior approval; Ryan was so patient and helpful during this process. I never felt pressure from him on moving forward quickly, which I really appreciated. Caroline is a Rockstar! Her level of communication is fantastic. She explained the process in just the right amount of detail, and made sure I always was aware of schedule updates. Raul was great to work with during the installation. I felt like I always knew what was going on and he made sure that I was happy with the work they were completing. I will definitely be using Stonehenge in the future!

I got quotes from three different highly rated fence builders in Utah county, one of those being Stonehenge. Stonehenge was by far the lowest price. Everyone was straightforward , honest, and easy to work with. They are busy so it was about 2 months from first measurement and quote to them actually being able to put up the fence. Worth the wait though!

I am very happy with my Stonehenge fence. We built a new trucking facility and Stonehenge did about 1,000 feet of fence. Almost half is a sturdy 8' high iron fence and the rest is 8' high block looking vinyl fence and we have two 24' wide auto opening gates. As the installation began I could see how my property presented several difficult situations but all was installed really well and Stonehenge has been really good to work with and take care of any little issue we had.

I highly recommend Stonehenge! We had 3 total fence companies provide separate quotes, and Stonehenge came in lowest by a fair amount. The sales person did a great job providing the needed information to help make the go-forward decision. Everything with the install itself went very well. There were some unavoidable weather delays, but those install changes were communicated by the great scheduling person in a timely manner. The installers themselves were great to work with.. explained process well, answered all questions, etc. Most importantly, the finished product looks great! (and I'm a picky consumer) Very satisfied overall.

These guys were very professional to work with. The original appointment took them a couple of weeks to get out to us, but that's quite normal these days with home improvement. Once they came out they were very responsive to our emails and phone calls which is why we ultimately chose Stonehenge. We had a few other quotes, and a few were cheaper than them. But we had a really hard time getting them to call us back to answer questions. I knew these guys would take care of us and they did. They had honest timeliness and were great to work with from the salesman Ryan, Carolynn in the office and the installer. The fence turned out awesome!

We have been so happy with our fence! The whole process was smooth and easy, even when we had a complicated property line situation. Ryan who gave us the initial quote was so kind and walked us through everything, Ricky who came out and did the install was kind and made sure we understood, and Caroline who helped us with scheduling was kind and patient while we worked through some things on our end. They were true to their time frame and very communicative. We would recommend them over and over.

The entire process was very good from the estimate to the installation. The crew who came to the house did a great job and was done in a timely manner! I would suggest them for deck/stair work!
